PROF. WOJCIECH CIEŚLAK

Mr Wojciech Cieślak, PhD, is an associate professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk, holder of the Chair of Law of Criminal Proceedings and Criminology. He is the author of numerous scientific publications on criminal proceedings and substantive criminal law.
Since 2011, he has been a member of the Scientific Board of Research Centre of the Bar and of the Arbitration Court at the Gas Industry Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw. He is a co-author of the Criminal Law System – “Penalties and punitive measures. .”. Professor Cieślak is a member of the International Association of Criminal Law (Association Internationale de Droit Penal).
ANNA PORĘBSKA, LL.M.

She graduated summa cum laude from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and has a master degree in journalism and communication studies at the Kolegium MISH of the Warsaw University. She completed the LL.M studies in German law at the University of Bonn.
She is a sworn translator of the German language entered into the list of sworn translators under number TP/27/1 as well as an advisor on Polish law entered into the list kept by the Kammergericht Berlin.
Advocate Anna Porębska has an experience in civil and economic cases, court disputes in the field of transport law as well as in proceedings with a cross-border element. She advises German-speaking clients. In addition, her interests focus on the intellectual and industrial property law, protection of personal data law, competition law and European Union law.

He is a winner of 2015 of the competition organised by the RGW Law Firm and UCLP Portal for the best master thesis regarding the law on combating unfair competition.
