On 7 March 2017 a breakfast meeting on: “Company secrets in practice” will be organised by the Polish-Swiss Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with the RGW Law Firm.
During the meeting the following issues will be discussed:
- What is a business secret and what does it include?
- How to ensure the confidentiality of information and protect oneself against unauthorised use of one’s business secret?
- Who can infringe business secret? An employee and former employee as a person committing an act of unfair competition.
The meeting will be held between 8.45 – 12.00 at RGW Law Firm’s office. The meeting will be conducted in Polish.
