Company secrets – breakfast meeting

On 7 March 2017 a breakfast meeting on: “Company secrets in practice” will be organised by the Polish-Swiss Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with the RGW Law Firm.

During the meeting the following issues will be discussed:

What is a business secret and what does it include?
How to ensure the confidentiality of information and protect oneself against unauthorised use of one’s business secret?
Who can infringe business secret? An employee and former employee as a person committing an act of unfair competition.

The meeting will be held between 8.45 – 12.00 at RGW Law Firm’s office. The meeting will be conducted in Polish.
