Experience
Attorney Marcin Bierła has experience in representing legal and natural persons in criminal proceedings. He acts both as a defence lawyer and as a representative of victims of offences, including at the pre-trial stage. His preferred areas of practice include, in particular, commercial criminal law and offences against property.
He also has experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. In this regard, he also develops internal regulations for business entities, including standard contracts used in transactions with other entrepreneurs and consumers.
As part of his practice, he also represents parties in labour disputes. He also provides legal support in cases involving trade unions, including the initiation and conduct of collective disputes.
Attorney Marcin Bierła gained his professional experience primarily at the RGW Law Firm, with which he has been cooperating since January 2014.
Examples of projects:
- representation in criminal proceedings of entrepreneurs who have been victims of unfair competition, fraud and misappropriation;
- drafting regulations for the provision of services by entrepreneurs and internal economic procedures;
- defending entrepreneurs in criminal tax proceedings, in particular in connection with allegations concerning tax recording and settlement;
- drafting ordinary and extraordinary appeals against decisions of public authorities;
- negotiating and drafting court and out-of-court settlements aimed at limiting the legal risk of the entities involved.

- University of Warsaw: law degree; title of master’s thesis: „Selected issues in the field of unfair competition offences in Polish criminal law” (2012-2016);
