Mr Piotr Graczyk nominated to be an Arbitrator of the Arbitration Tribunal for Sport at the Polish Olympic Committee

On 17th January, 2012, during the inauguration of the newly appointed Arbitration Tribunal for Sport at the Polish Olympic Committee of the sixth term, Mr Piotr Graczyk, Advocate, received a nomination to be an Arbitrator of the Arbitration Tribunal for Sport at the Polish Olympic Committee.

The Arbitration Tribunal for Sport at the Polish Olympic Committee was set up in 1994 as a regular Arbitration Court. Activities of the Tribunal are based on the act of 29th July, 2005 on qualified sports and the Bylaws and Rules of the Tribunal. The Tribunal enjoys full autonomy and independence in the sphere of proceedings and adjudication.

Mr Graczyk was appointed Arbitrator of the Arbitration Tribunal for Sport at the Polish Olympic Committee and member of the Committee of the Tribunal for the period from 2012 through 2015. More information can be found on tvn24.pl website:
