Ms Porębska has experience in civil and economic cases, court disputes in the field of transport law as well as in proceedings with a cross-border element. She advises German-speaking clients. In addition, her interests focus on the intellectual and industrial property law, protection of personal data law, competition law and European Union law.

• developing procedural strategies in civil law and broadly understood economic cases,
• court proceedings concerning claims for the protection of entrepreneur’s personal rights, acts of unfair competition, contractual claims,
• preparation of ordinary and extraordinary appeal measures in civil and criminal proceedings,
• representation of carriers and forwarders in court proceedings regarding damages in transport, based both on international law (CMR Convention) and Polish transport law,
• preparation of contracts and legal opinions in the field of intellectual and industrial property law, concerning know-how use of trademarks or industrial designs,
• preparation of legal opinions and documentation regarding protection of personal data in an enterprise, conducting trainings for employees,
• proceedings before the Polish Patent Office and European Union Intellectual Property Office,
• handling transactions with cross-border elements concerning acquisition of shares, real estate, intellectual property rights, receivables,
• representation loan borrowers of against banks in cases concerning the so-called “Franc loans”
