On 10 January 2020, the prize of the III edition of the competition for the best master thesis in the field of law on combating unfair competition was presented in the office of RGW Rocławski Graczyk i Wspólnicy Adwokacka Spółka Jawna. RGW is co-organiser of the competition together with the “Unfair Competition & Compliance Law Portal”.
The winner of the competition is Mr Adrian Zbrojewski who defended his master thesis at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Łódź. The master thesis was entitled “Violation of the principles of disclosing economic information as an act of unfair competition”.
The winner received a prize of CHF 1,000 and the possibility of a one-month internship at RGW Law Office in Warsaw or Berlin.
