On 19 February 2020, Mr Piotr R. Graczyk, Managing Partner of RGW, was re-elected as the Secretary of the Court of Arbitration for Sport at the Polish Olympic Committee for the 2020 -2023 term.
Mr Graczyk also took the oath as an arbitrator. This is the third term that Mr Graczyk is an arbitrator of the Court and a Member of the Council of the Court and the second term as the Secretary of the Court.
In addition to adjudication tasks as an arbitrator, Mr Graczyk, as the Secretary of the Court, performs administrative tasks of the Court and his basic task is to take activities ensuring the proper course of proceedings before the Court.
